The modules are taken in order, from the simplest upwards. Each module has a goal that can be verified.
The company has a documented baseline to measure against.
The participant writes first drafts with AI, and checks and corrects the answer.
The participant adds the company’s own documents and gets answers from them on a phone.
The participant reports progress, hours and deviations by voice in under a minute.
The participant sets up, reads and changes the dashboard.
The participant changes the tool without an external developer.
The company runs modules 01 to 05 on its own.
Funding
Trøndelag County Council gives grants for training a company’s own employees through a scheme for training within the company, called BIO. AI training fits the scheme’s priority on digitalisation when it is tied to a concrete change in the company.
The company applies itself. IMISU drafts the application text and the training plan, and acts as the external provider. The county council decides each application, and a grant is not guaranteed. Figures from the BIO Trøndelag guidelines for 2026, adopted on 6 May 2025.

A personal website made with the same method as this one. Proposals are reviewed and adjusted locally, and the site goes live once it has settled. There are no weeks of drafts back and forth, and that keeps the price low.
